Munish is driven by the conviction that cross-sector collaboration—across government, business, and civil society—is essential to building a truly equitable and sustainable world. As Director of Sustainability at Specsavers Group, he drives the company’s global sustainable business strategy. Munish also advises leading organisations, which has included BNPP Real Estate Investment Management and Danone, on embedding sustainability into their core operations.
A Fellow of the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and the Judge Business School, Munish empowers leaders from global businesses and start-ups to tackle critical environmental and social challenges. He serves as a Non-Executive Director and Trustee for Bioregional, the Rama Foundation, and the Stephen Perse Foundation of schools in Cambridge.
His previous roles include Director at the UK Green Building Council and Head of Sustainability at Marks & Spencer. Munish brings deep expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for collaboration to the judging panel, helping celebrate businesses driving meaningful change for a greener future.
